We want you to feel as confident in your Krakatoa gear as you do wearing it. If your fit isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return or exchange policy on all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Post

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
